Oakbrook Terrace, IL – February 18, 2014 – CVM Solutions, a premier provider of supplier diversity software, supplier data and services, today announced its product roadmap for 2014 which supports its continuing commitment to provide supplier data, supplier diversity technology and Tier-2 supplier management services. CVM also announced a re-alignment of its leadership team and reporting structure to drive improvements to customer experience.

Ms. Nelson has organized a new CVM Account Management team which will provide clients with a single CVM point of contact responsible for ensuring implementation success and ongoing satisfaction with their CVM products and services. Ms. Nelson joined CVM in 2005 and has worked as the director of data services, the director of client success and was the top senior account executive for 2012 and 2013. She has nearly 15 years of experience in supply chain and supplier diversity, and has held supplier diversity manager positions at HSBC and Pfizer.
CVM 2014 Product Roadmap
CVM pioneered the development of the first comprehensive Tier-2 Spend Reporting platform in the industry and has incorporated a product update for improved usability, reporting and training for 2014. Used by over 3,000 prime suppliers to report diverse spend, the system design has flexibility that allows the Tier-2 spend reporting tool to match diversity program guidelines with real-time diversity status verification using CVM's diversity database to ensure the reliability of diverse spend.
CVM is working on an enhancement for the Tier-2 platform that will allow primes reporting diverse spend to multiple customers on our platform to 'report once.'
In addition to this significant product enhancement, CVM's 2014 product roadmap will include new Tier 2 platform capabilities and two completely new offerings - Global Supplier Registration and Supplier Hub registration portal – designed to facilitate access and improve usability.
Global Registration will be enabled by a single registration portal where all current and prospective diverse suppliers can register regardless of where they are located. CVM plans to create country specific registration wizards for each country in which either WEConnect International or NMSDC Global currently have a presence.
Supplier Hub is designed to serve the supplier community by providing a large source of supplier data for easy access by clients. Enterprises today are constantly challenged to find and contract with new and diverse suppliers in order comply with corporate and governmental guidelines. Supplier Hub enables these enterprises to expand and strengthen their supply chains to meet supplier diversity and other requirements.
